OP34D5x
5-channel CWDM Demultiplexers
for Ethernet Access System

Enlarged Photo (126k)

The Aurora Networks OP34D5x Series 5-channel CWDM Demultiplexers are designed to demultiplex five CWDM ITU-grid optical wavelengths from one fiber input, producing five individual wavelengths ranging either from 1430 to 1510 nm (''low channels'' group, Model OP34D5L) or from 1530 to 1610 nm (''high channels'' group, Model OP34D5H), with 20 nm spacing between channels.

Versions of the modules are also available with an optional -20dB line monitoring tap and/or optional integrated 1310nm combiner/splitter. The several available model options of these modules, and their associated OP34M5x Series 5-channel CWDM multiplexers are shown in these functional block diagrams.

Features

•  Designed for use with uncooled lasers based on 20nm channel spacing
