Jeff Gardner and Chris Graham Join Aurora Networks

Santa Clara, CA — October 26, 2005 — Aurora Networks, a global leader in advanced optical transport systems for broadband networks, has expanded its sales team with the addition of two industry veterans, Jeff Gardner and Chris Graham.

Gardner joins Aurora Networks as vice president of business development with national account responsibility for Cox Communications, Inc. and brings more than 25 years of technical sales experience in the cable telecommunications industry to this role. He is well regarded for his ability to identify practical solutions that enable cable operators to achieve their objectives. Most recently, Gardner was vice president of sales for Xtend Networks, a manufacturer of bandwidth expansion electronics and T1 over HFC products. He has also held executive sales positions at ADC, John Weeks Enterprises, Pioneer and Magnavox.

Graham joins Aurora Networks as vice president of business development with national account responsibility for Comcast Cable, Inc. He began his career in the cable industry in 1989 as the division director of purchasing for Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI) and subsequently served as the vice president of sales for Itochu Cable. Most recently, Graham held the position of director of strategic accounts at Corning Gilbert. He is an active member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and currently serves on the SCTE Operations Committee.
