of any other party. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered

Networks may seek preliminary relief from a court of competent
jurisdiction necessary to protect its rights or property prior to and
pending completion of the arbitration. You agree, regardless of any
law to the contrary, that any claim or cause of action arising out

within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be
